These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you, the player ("you", "your", "the Player"), and bdgood ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bdgood.app. By creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using any feature of the bdgood platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bdgood and confirming your unreserved acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all circumstances. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By using bdgood, you further confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that all funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to criminal activity or money laundering.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bdgood. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under the identities of other individuals — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdgood will close all accounts linked to that individual, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit any remaining balances.

Verification documents may include a copy of your NID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason. bdgood recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service. bdgood reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the security of the account has been compromised, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that the account holder is in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on bdgood are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgood does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdgood's control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdgood currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (instant mobile wallets), Visa, and Mastercard (card payments, deposit only). Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the availability of individual providers at any given time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification or if a withdrawal is flagged for routine compliance review.

bdgood reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds before processing any withdrawal where the compliance team has reasonable grounds to investigate. All funds deposited into your bdgood account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and any other promotional reward are subject to the specific terms of that offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. As a general guide, sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while slots may contribute at a lower rate depending on the specific promotion. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, as well as possible permanent account closure:

bdgood employs automated monitoring systems and human compliance reviewers to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bdgood may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account pending investigation, void all bets placed during the period under investigation, forfeit account balance, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

8.2 Closure by bdgood

bdgood reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or collusive play.
• Confirmed underage access.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request linked to your identity from another gambling platform in Bangladesh.
• Operational or legal reasons that require bdgood to cease providing services to specific players or jurisdictions.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by bdgood — your right to access the platform and use its services ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player subject to applicable verification requirements. Balances in accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach, and bdgood will not be liable to return funds where their forfeiture is a lawful consequence of prohibited conduct.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive account closure — including but not limited to provisions on fraud, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability — shall continue in full force and effect after your account has been closed.
